Affiliate disclosure
TruePicks Review is reader-supported. This page explains how we earn money and how we keep that separate from what we write.
Last updated
The short version
- Some links on TruePicks Review are affiliate links. If you click one and buy, we may earn a commission.
- It costs you nothing extra — the price is the same whether you use our link or go to the seller directly.
- Commissions don't decide our verdicts or scores. We review products the same way whether or not we earn from them.
How affiliate links work
Many of the products we review are sold through ClickBank, a US online retailer that sells digital and physical products on behalf of their makers. ClickBank runs an affiliate program: when a reader clicks an affiliate link on our site and later buys the product, ClickBank pays us a share of the sale.
To know that a sale came from our site, the seller's website may set a cookie in your browser when you arrive through our link. That cookie is set by the seller or ClickBank, not by us. You can read more in our privacy policy.
Some reviews link straight to the manufacturer's official website without an affiliate code. Over time we may switch those links to affiliate links; this page applies to all of them.
How we keep reviews independent
- Every product is reviewed using the same method: label, published research, price per day and guarantee terms.
- Scores are worked out from five published categories, and the breakdown is shown in each review.
- We include the drawbacks we find in every review, alongside the positives.
- Manufacturers don't approve, edit or see our reviews before they are published.
Buying through our links
When you buy, your order is with the seller (often processed by ClickBank), not with TruePicks Review. We don't handle payments, shipping or refunds. For order questions or refunds, contact the seller's support team or ClickBank customer support at clkbank.com.
Why we tell you this
We believe you should know when a website might earn money from a recommendation. This disclosure is also in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements, which asks publishers to make material connections clear to readers.
