Who we are
TruePicks Review is run by a small independent team, the TruePicks Review Health Team. We started the site because buying a supplement online usually means choosing between a long sales video and a page of glowing testimonials, with very little in between. We wanted a calm, readable middle ground: one place that explains what a product is, what's actually in it and whether it's likely to suit you.

How we review a product
Every review follows the same steps, so you can compare products fairly:
- We read the official product page and label. We note every ingredient, the serving size, how long a bottle lasts and anything the label doesn't disclose.
- We look for published research. For each key ingredient we search for human studies, mainly on PubMed, and summarise what they found in plain English. Every study we mention is listed in the review's sources.
- We check the price and the guarantee. We work out the cost per day for each package and read the refund and shipping policies, so you know exactly how the money-back guarantee works.
- We give a clear verdict. Each review ends with who the product is a good fit for, who should check with a doctor first, and an overall score.
How our scores work
Each product is scored out of 5 in five areas — ingredient evidence, ease of use, value for money, guarantee and buying safety, and label transparency. The overall score is the average of the five, and the breakdown is shown in every review so you can see how we got there.
What we don't do
- We don't publish made-up testimonials or customer reviews.
- We don't claim that any supplement cures, treats or prevents a disease.
- We don't give personal medical advice. Our reviews are general information; your doctor, dentist or pharmacist knows your situation.
Keeping reviews up to date
Prices, packages and refund terms change. Each review shows the date it was last updated and the date we checked prices. If you notice something that has changed, please let us know and we'll check and correct it.
